• Please contact MeasureNow for a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) # PRIOR to a return.

• Customer is responsible for all in/out freight costs on return goods.

• If payment is made by wire transfer, additional fees may apply.
  

• Material MUST be in original packaging with ALL original components for proper credit.

• A 20% restocking charge applies to all return goods.

• All special made items are non-returnable
